A volcanic eruption woke up, Godzilla, the giant monster that raided Tokyo 30 years ago from underground. Godzilla lands on Tokyo and wreaks havoc, buildings crumble and streets burst into flames. A bioscientist Hayashida finds out that Godzilla responds to the supersonic waves emitted from migrant birds. He then plans to lure Godzilla to a volcano and bury it in the crater.
