A young taxi driver has moved into a new apartment that seems strangely familiar to him. Although the previous tenant was burned to death in a bedroom fire , it doesn't seem to bother Yong-hyun. Across the hall is a married couple. The wife receives daily beatings from her husband, who seems to know about a grisly murder which took place in the apartment thirty years ago. As secrets reveal themselves from the closet, Yong-hyun is thrown into a nightmare world, and down a path of terror.
