Shot the evening of August 26, 2000, 'Live At Slane Castle' finds Adams soaring on performances of his chart-topping hits 'Heaven'; 'Have You Ever Really Loved A Woman?'; '(Everything I Do) I Do It For You'; 'Can't Stop This Thing We Started'; 'Run To You'; 'Please Forgive Me'; 'It's Only Love' and 'Cuts Like A Knife'. As always, he also puts on a spectacular show of fan favorites like 'Summer of '69', '18 Til I Die' and 'The Only Thing That Looks Good On Me Is You', and a good ol' fashioned blues medley of 'If Ya Wanna Be Bad Ya Gotta Be Good'/ 'Let's Make A Night To Remember'. Special guest Mel C., a.k.a. Sporty Spice, is seen and heard on 'When You're Gone' (which along with 'Cloud Number 9' and 'Before The Night Is Over' were first heard on Adams' most recent album, 1998's On A Day Like Today). In addition, 'Live At Slane Castle' includes renditions of 'She's Only Happy When She's Dancing', 'I'm Ready', 'Don't Give Up', 'Best Of Me', 'Back To You' and 'Into The Fire'.
