Hou escaped from the despotic terrors on the mainland to Hong Kong and went to Boss Kun promising that he would take Shum Shui Po for Kun provided he would be appointed as a captain. Hou succeeds after a few bloody fights. As Hou is growing more and more powerfull, a bitter jealousy strikes Boss Kun.
