Seemingly a well-mannered office worker, Junko in fact was born with a type of ESP called pyrokinesis, which she can use to incinerate anyone or anything at will. Junko is secretly in love with Kazuki, a young man who works with her, and one day his sister is murdered. A boy named Masaki is supected of having killed a number of coeds, but the police hesitate to arrest him, as he is a juvenile. Kazuki seeks vengeance alone until Junko tells him about her special power, with which she had decided to punish Masaki and his gang of delinquents. Using her death-dealing mental weapon, Junko incinerates the brats one by one...
