A local governer, Prince Six is involved in a plot to overthrow the
Emperor but a letter linking him is found which puts the plot and his life
at risk. He sends his lovely apprentice, Hai, the "Devil of Fire" to get
the letter but it has been intercepted by a swordsman called Yuen Ming. So Hai goes to lure Ming away from a travelling acrobatic group that he is using to hide out in. However she begins to have doubts about how loyal to be to the governor.
