Jack and Ching are a happily wed couple, whose marital bliss and the excitement of a new apartment are shattered when Jack is involved in a near fatal hit and run accident. Jack falls deep into a coma, and when he awakens, he finds that he now has strange visions whenever he sneezes. Jack also starts to notice that Ching is acting different than before, and suspects that she may be possessed.. When his old friend returns to Hong Kong, both he and Jack try to unlock the clues around them to discover what exactly is happening to Ching.
