When his new baby is born, triad boss Hung yan-jau begins plans to quit his crime empire and move to New Zealand for a new, peaceful life. The crime world, however, won't let him quit and rumors that someone has hired a hitman to kill Hung within 12 hours starts circulating. Who hired the hitman? Is he Hung's ruthless right-hand man, Left-Hand, or is he one of the three crime bosses who have always claimed loyalty to Hung? On the other side of town, two young men, Turbo and Wing, tries to achieve status and fame in the crime world by accepting a hit job on a crime boss, but their contact gives them only a knife. On the night of the job, Wing meets a young woman he feels deeply attracted to, while Turbo tries his best to help Wing finish the job without getting himself killed.
