After Liu, a powerful ex-minister, is assassinated by Prime Minister Wo, his daughter Shang escapes into the woods where she takes refuge with a group of Shaolin disciples. Meanwhile, Wo has put his next plan into action and has begun his plot to kidnap and kill the Emperor. When Shang learns of the plot, she and the Shaolin warrior vow to save the Emperor. But in order to get to him, they must first battle through the Emperor's guards, and then there is Wo and his secret band of rouge Shaolin masters to deal with.
