For two young boys, Jelly and Roughneck, growing up and staying out of trouble isn't easy. When the boys grow into men, they meet again. Jelly has become a successful rap music producer while Roughneck is just out of a 15 year jail sentence for shooting and undercover cop. He's had 15 years to think about how Jelly betrayed him that day. Now, Roughneck would like a piece of Jelly's money and success. Old friendships are tested, as old scores are settled with deadly results -- as deadly as the streets of the 'hood.
