Broadcasting from the back of a van careening across the countryside with the police in hot pursuit, Sally "beams sexy music with love." Sharing her thoughts with the world three times a day, The Dirty Mind of Young Sally is such a turn-on to her viewers that the authorities want to shut her down. But they'll have to catch her first, all of which escalates into a battle between Smokey and the Sex Goddess that goes into overdrive when Sally tricks one of the leading law officers into making it with her on the air! Plus, lard-bellied loser Charlie Elkins is not happy with Sandy, his adorable Teenage Bride. Instead, he spends his nights with naked neighbor Marie -- Sharon Kelly again! -- while Sandy gets it on with Dennis, Charlie's college-age stepbrother. Wanting a divorce, Charlie hires an investigator to catch Sandy in the act but -- oops! -- the private eye sees a sexy surprise when he stumbles upon the wrong address. But the real plot of these two gloriously rude, Seventies-style Drive-In Love Fests from producer Harry Novak is the effervescent charms of Miss Kelly who manages to remain cheerfully wholesome no matter how outrageous she's behaving!
